Won't you please join us Saturday October 24th as we strive to complete our 2nd Comfort Challenge.
Ways that you can help:
- Host a Pink Slipper Sew-a-thon for your friends and family this Saturday October 24th.
- Invite everyone! If they can't sew.. they can knit, crochet or even cut out slippers and iron layers.
- Invite everyone to bring a dish - make it pot luck.
- Donate fabrics and supplies to the Pink Slipper Project. Email pledge: info@thepinkslipperproject.org
- Ask all participants to bring fabric, batting and sewing machines.
- Invite everyone on your email list or online groups to host a sew-a-thon.
- Promote the Sew-a-thon on your blog and in your newsletters.
- Take lots of pics of your sew-a-thon to be posted on the PSP site.
- Have fun while at the same time warming hearts and toes of women and children this winter.

I will definitely be making this a slipper weekend. I love the idea of tiaras and cupcakes. It will just be me, so I'll probably snuggle up in my girliest pajamas with a pot of tea while I work. :)

I am in too! I love this project. I have made a few pair of slippers already and plan on adding alot more on Sat. Happy sewing everone.

I was telling my husband about the sew-a-thon and invited him to my party of one........he accepted! How sweet is that. He will cut and I will sew. He might just get an extra hug or two for that one!!

I am in! I will be having a sewing party with my friend Judy. We are wearing tiarras and having cupcakes too! I love this idea!
