The pink slipper project is not a non-profit organization. In the future, as this project grows, we will apply for non-profit status. For now our goal is to warm the hearts and toes of as many women and children as possible this winter. All donations will be used for the express purpose of providing slippers to women's and children's shelters.

We did it! The Pink Slipper Project met our first challenge..thanks to YOU!

It's hard to believe that just one short month ago we launched the the Pink Slipper project. You know how something just feels right? Well this was one of those things. The very first day we launched, women started responding. Email poured in and Facebook posts were posted and I just knew that this project was meant to be. It's people like you that gave this project the wind beneath it's wings. So thank you Make Mine Pink ladies and all of our wonderful new Pink Slipper friends for believing that together we can make a difference.

To date we have 150 pair of slippers in the studio and more on their way. I'll be posting the rest that I have photographed, over the next day or two. I'll also be posting the details of our newest challenge. It's a BIG one! 163 pair of womens slippers. (teens) I know..without a doubt that we'll meet this next challenge that is upon us. Details will be coming soon.
