We are so happy to have the opportunity to help Enchanted makeovers again this year with their 2011 Shelter Makeover Project.
Alternatives For Girls is a Detroit based non-profit organization that is serving homeless and high-risk girls and young women. The goal is to empower girls to make positive choices.
I'm excited to not only pledge slippers from the Pink Slipper Project, but to help in any other ways that I can. If you'd like to help my friend Terry with her shelter makeover, please visit Enchanted Makeovers for ways that you can help.
This is our 5th challenge for 2011, and I know that hands down, we can meet this challenge.
For this challenge we will need 30 pair of slippers for girls and young women and,
14 pair of slippers for toddlers (5-6).
Warmest thanks for all that you do.
