Thanks to our new friend Elizabeth Newell, the Social Media Administrator of the Compassion Fashion Project, The Pink Slipper Project is moving into Chicago!
We were contacted by the Director of the Violence Intervention Counseling Services with Family Rseources, Inc. They serve victims of domestic and sexual violence, operating a 24-hour emergency shelter for women ,and children fleeing from domestic violence situations.
Family Resources, Inc is requesting Pink Slipper Services for two shelters.
Davenport Shelter: 100 Women's slippers and 200 children's slippers
Muscatine Shelter: 100 Women's slippers and 100 children's slippers.
We have a great opportunity over the summer months to work on fulfilling this challenge, and we hope that you'll help. We've proven time and again that together, we really can make a difference. Please make a pledge today!
Thank you Elizabeth for helping us spread the word about the Pink Slipper Project.
Warmest Thanks,
Joyce Lucas, Founder
